This DVD plays in NTSC (not PAL) consumer DVD players. The DVD is organized into chapters with a main menu for easy navigation. It is not restricted to regions, so it will play anywhere in the world. Flat-rate consulting for acoustics or anything else related to audio and music: $200.00 Flat-rate consulting is based on $200 per hour, but those are "loose" hours. For most people who don't have endless newbie questions, the initial $200 is sufficient and includes a "reasonable number" of emails back and forth, or phone calls, or video chat if overseas. If it runs into more time and effort we can discuss that when we get there.
