For most people who don't have endless newbie questions, the initial $200 is sufficient and includes a "reasonable number" of emails back and forth, or phone calls. If it runs into more time and effort we can discuss that when we get there. This DVD is not longer for sale. I ran out of cases and artwork, and it was frankly too much trouble to mail the DVDs. The good news is the DVD's contents are now available for free as an .iso file you can download from THIS link, then burn to a DVD yourself using most CD/DVD burning programs. This DVD plays in NTSC (not PAL) consumer DVD players. The DVD is organized into chapters with a main menu for easy navigation. It is not restricted to regions, so it will play anywhere in the world.
