This DVD plays in NTSC (not PAL) consumer DVD players. The DVD is organized into chapters with a main menu for easy navigation. It is not restricted to regions, so it will play anywhere in the world. Flat-rate consulting for acoustics or anything else related to audio and music: $200.00 Flat-rate consulting is based on $200 per hour, but those are "loose" hours. For most people who don't have endless newbie questions, the initial $200 is sufficient and includes a "reasonable number" of emails back and forth, or phone calls, or Skype if overseas. If it runs into more time and effort we can discuss that when we get there.
